Seth is amazing!
Seth is amazing! My husband and I were on a journey to find our first home and Seth really guided us all the way! He is very prompt, had great attention to detail and very thorough with explaining the whole process to us. He not only helped us find a home we love but also a home with the best deal! He was there with me during the home walk through but i kept getting pulled away for work and he stepped up and took over! He was there to answer all our questions and even ask the seller/builder questions we didn’t even think to ask but needed to! On closing day, he created us an organized folder with all our important documents! Overall, very positive and happy experience with Seth. Would recommend him to all my friends and family!

Seth came highly recommended by my cousin and he delivered! In this INSANE Austin housing market, Seth worked within my budget and went above and beyond. This market can be very stressful - and it is stressful for realtors as well! But Seth handled it all really calmly and with a practical approach. More than that, I was extremely amateur in my knowledge about all the complexities of buying a house (this was my first), and Seth made sure to watch out for my well-being -- with constant concern that I wouldn't get myself into trouble -- even if that meant a lower fee for himself in the end. Seth is the best! Was referred to him and he was a total dream to work with. He is prompt, well organized, and expertly guided us through the entire home buying process. Since our home is a new build, he took over and completely handled all the back and forth between the builder/sales office and us. We never had to worry about the ball being dropped or having to chase down an answer - Seth took care of it all! I really don't believe we would have had the same, painless house buying experience without him. He even took it upon himself to come by the house AFTER move-in to help install something cosmetic the builder refused to handle. It's his care and follow-through that really puts Seth above the rest!
